The menu has recently been re-launched with a focus on fresh local produce; and with inspiration taken from the surroundings, it results in some mouth watering choices. Favourites include the Fresh Devon Crab Cakes with Fennel Salad and Sweet Chilli Sauce, Chargrilled Somerset Organic Beef Burger with Flat Mushrooms and Mozzarella served with Chunky Homemade Chips and Seared Fresh Yellow Fin Tuna served on a traditional Nicoise Salad. Many of the dishes are cooked in the charcoal oven, resulting in a fantastically unique smoky taste. All of the desserts at Jacks are made on the premises too, including the ice creams and sorbets, making a second or third course irresistible!
