Jacks Brasserie is part of the Fosters group, a family owned company established in Bristol in the 1950s. Fosters offer bespoke event catering for every occasion and boasts venues such as the SS Great Britain, the Orangery, The Merchants Hall and The Lord Mayors mansion house to name but a few.

Jacks menus offer contemporary British cuisine with a modern European twist. The innovative menus change seasonally and focus on seasonal produce from local suppliers in the South West. The kitchen team produce an array of dishes including old classics and modern cuisine featuring our charcoal oven imported from spain.

Our wine list features a selection of new and old world wines sourced exclusively for Jacks to compliment our food and suit every occasion. The bar offers a comprehensive range of beers, spirits and soft drinks including orgabic and local products.
